It could depend on the Big 12 tournament too.
If tonight's winner loses in the tournament, it might not be a big deal to the Committee.
If the loser tonight loses in the tournament, it could hurt their seeding.

At this point 2 teams with lesser ranking than the Huskies losing makes no difference. UCONN listed at #7 which should put them as a 2 seed. Hang on because as we know the tourny commitee has been known to do strange things. We also don't know what all the conference tourneys will produce, so buckle up and wait for what may be a bumpy ride.

It shouldn't matter, if UConn wins out and wins like they have since the Villanova loss they are a 2 seed. No other team has played like UConn over the past 8 games winning by an average of 41 points a game. Take out the two games after the Nova loss and it's even higher.

The DePaul win was without Morris playing, but UConn didn't have Paige either. I still don't see them giving UConn any issues as long as UConn comes to play.

Losing tonight's game will not hurt either team's resume. Unless one loses by 40.
