Sparks are supposed to contend for the title? yeah right. They start two shooting guards and Wauters is killing them inside.

Storm is up about 400 points after 5 minutes. LA is being shut out.

I love Seattle, but I don't get Tanisha Wright?? I think there are better guards out there than her. with limited roster spots I'm not sure why she hangs around. I think she makes poor decisions with ball and often looks lost on the court!

Stricklen has to feel like she has been very fortunate. She goes from a very dysfunctional college situation to the best WNBA organization by far.

30-10 in the 4th quarter? Who was guarding Tolliver.

L.A. now has the ACC trio of Tolliver, Coleman, and Beard.

Looks like they got the ACC "matador" defense out of their system!;)

I watched the first quarter only, and honest to God, when I turned it off I thought to myself "I bet I just saw Seattle's best stuff for this game" and I had a very strong sneaky feeling the Sparks would pull it out.

It looked like early on, LA was paying the price for not having a point guard ....... but I just thought that eventually some of their talent would get them back into it. It mostly looks like Tolliver shot lights out especially from 3. But Seattle's defense must have also cratered all over for them to give up 30 in the 4th. Had to be a crushing loss. Only 66 points after 24 in the 1Q......

Not sure I would write off a team in the first quarter of the first game of the season, but looks like the Storm took that attitude as well. Bad start to their season with a huge gag job at home....
