Haven't been to a noon game in a few years. What bars/ restaurants close to the XL center are open that early that we can go to before the game?

Pretty Much all of them. Russian Lady, The Tavern, Rocking Horse Saloon are all open for sure.

Black Bear Saloon (typical Pub food but good & fun), Agave Grill (Mexican), Black-Eyed Sally's (Unique & Interesting). Not sure of their hours but all are good. All are walkable to the XL Center.
