Not sure if many others have commented on this, but I've been shocked at how little involvement we've seen from Myers in the passing game. I was expecting big things this year. We are so successful when utilizing the tight ends and I hope Myers gets some more targets in the coming weeks

Part of it is the formations we line up in. He seems to be on the field more for our designated 3 runs up the middle and punt formation series. Perhaps the coaching staff has more confidence in his blocking than Bloom and Davis (Davis makes sense). The season is early and I still think Myers is more than capable of displaying that enormous potential as the season progresses.

How do you go from that seam pass that Verducci selected against Villanova with a athletic 6-5 250 TE to what we are seeing today. Verducci, it would seem, does not think Tommy Myers has the mobility and speed back from pre-injury days. Something.

I know the family. He is fine. It's the sets and plays as someone else had mentioned.
