Tokyo 2020 organizing committee chief won't rule out last-minute cancellation of Olympics

A last-minute cancellation of the 2020 Tokyo Olympics is still possible, the chief of the Games' organizing committee said. The announcement comes as more athletes tested positive for COVID-19.

BTW: tonight...our time....11:00PM...USA softball meets Italy on NBCSportsTV.
I do not believe this is an exhibition....but the real thing. While the official opening ceremonies are Friday some events start before that date.

I think Japan is about 11 hours ahead of us. If so...that softball game will be starting around 10:00 AM Wednesday Tokyo time.
I am assuming the broadcast tonight is a live one...not on tape.

The Olympics should have been moved when they first pushed them back. With 8% vaccinated, there is no way they should be held in Japan.
