- In losing to VaTech 57-43 :D Tennessee shot a not-to-be-believed 1-19 from three.

- Halftime of Texas/Arkansas Little Rock 37-35.
Texas was held without a single point in the third quarter, getting outscored 11-0. Can't remember the last time I saw a top ranked team go scoreless for ten minutes.
In Q4, Texas turns it completely around, scoring 31 points to win 66-56.

Least Anemic Performance of the day...

Cal's dynamite freshman Kristine Anigwe, against 1-4 Sacratomato State, went 13-17 from the field, with 3 free throws in the first half alone for an incredibly impressive 29 points! The real deal, she may go for 50!

Interesting post. Anigwe is very impressive. Wish UCONN had her.

Sacratomato State. Is that a Native American name? Catholic school?

Hello from Austin . The Longhorns woke up for the 4th quarter to score 31 points to avoid a "bad loss" that could hurt come NCAA seeding time. Quite a number of ranked teams did not fare so well this weekend.
