Whenever I read an article with TJ content I am impressed with his honesty and how he coaches guys up. I think he is good head coach material. Having said that it is unlikely he can reel this season back into respectability - too bad. Sometimes I think , in the press at least, he overstates our talent, but I respect he doesn't throw the players under the bus or use that as an excuse.

I really believe if he had the reins last April UConn would have at least 2 wins by now. Hopefully there's a role for him in the new regime (hope his agent, if he has one, had planned for that contingency). If nothing else his track record with WRs is very good.

Would be very interested to know if he regrets coming here. Imagine P/GDL gave him a lot of wonderful stories to tell at coaches' conventions..

Although, 0-2 I agree, He is a definite upgrade over PP. I wish he had more time.
