I am going to look past the fact that we looked awful on defense. I am going to be happy with the passing touchdowns we didn't see last year but saw some of today. But what I can't ever get past is the clock management of this team. How much time do we think we lost by saving timeouts in the first half? How much time do we think we lost because PP was sleeping between calling timeouts in the second half.

Should we have gone for it on our own 40 on 4th down with 11 minutes to go? I think so. We needed to try something and that's not hindsight. We were yelling at P from our seats right behind him.

Bottom line is no matter how anyone wants to spin talent, this coaching staff pains me so much. It's awful.

The time management was awful last year and continued last night. Why did you not use your 2nd time out near half time when they had 3rd and 6 and they came to the line and ran off an extra 20 seconds. Then you took that time out on offense when the clock wasn't moving. We had to settle for a hail mary and even that imploded as we couldn't even get the throw off wothout getting sacked.

And when he finally did call a time out, the clock had already stopped! Same stupidity as last year.

I thought this was about me spending to much time cruising the yard instead of working.

I thought blowing the last second-half timeout with three minutes to go was especially cute

Nah, that was the right move IMO. It actually worked. We would have gotten the ball with a good chunk of time on the clock.
