OT: Tiege Hanley Ad with Spencer, Clingan, and Sanogo (Merged)

I just saw this Tiege Hanley ad on Youtube where Clingan and Spencer were in the locker room comparing imitations of Hurley's game face, with Sanogo making an appearance at the end.

I can't find it anywhere, but it's hilarious. Has anyone else seen this?

My question is who directed the commercial. That guy got everyone (non-actors) to do their parts perfectly. He or she got them comfortable enough to go through the games and make it work brilliantly. This is a secret known by actors and stand ups - actors are only as good as their directors. (Been through this, and was surprised by how well a director could make me into a character).
