How do tickets get distributed to the first 2 games of the NCAA tournament that UConn will host?

We received this update the other day:

Subject: Women's NCAA Basketball 1st & 2nd Round Ticket Package Request Confirmation

Thank you for your interest in the NCAA Women's Basketball 1st and 2nd rounds. If UConn is selected on Monday, March 14th to host the 1st and 2nd rounds your credit card will be charged on Tuesday, March 15th. This charge will include the quantity of packages you requested and a one time $12.00 order charge.

All ticket packages requested will be sent via EMAIL on Wednesday, March 16th.
