I put it in the recruit thread too, but Molly Bent will actually be ineligible to be selected for the game because she is a 5th year high school player due to her repeat year as a sophomore going from public school to Tabor Academy which most athletes do when going to the NEPSAC schools. It happens a lot in boys basketball since the NEPSAC is considered to be the best high school boys basketball league in the country with many future top college and professional players who are AA level players but can't be selected.

It is surely an accomplishment to get nominated for this game. Any HS coach who has a decent player can put in a nomination. The real trick is to find someone who actually has a vote, that is where the politics gets really thick because it is often mingled with AAU and sneaker politics of the worst kind. I think Adidas currently makes the uniforms.
