Thread page numbers?

Looks like there was a recent layout change and now the thread page # navigation only appears at the bottom of a page (below last comment), whereas it used to show up at the top (above first comment).

Is there any way to add that back? It’s a pain to have to scroll all the way down the page just to jump around.

I’m using Safari on my IPhone if that matters…
