Sadly Nike doesn't do the tackle-twill/stictch stuff anymore. Copping out with the whole "lighter is better" nonsense and they screen-print everything.
The "authentic" shorts are already available on Eastbay so I'm guessing the jerseys will follow. I'll get the shorts eventually but $80 for thin, screen-printed shorts ain't gonna happen. I can't find the jersey anywhere online yet.

Those shorts mignt actually be "authentic" versions because Fanatics is selling "replica" for $60. Either that or Eastbay has it listed incorrectly and at the wrong price.

Eastbay is correct, those are the real authentic shorts. In the description on Eastbay's site it says the only difference between these retail shorts and the team issued ones are that the retail ones have pockets. I bought a pair last year but returned them.
I used to be pretty big into college game shorts, two years ago Nike bumped up the price tag to $80 while moving from tackle-twill to screen-print (aka "heat applique" or whatever dumb buzz words they tried to use) and added pockets to the shorts. They sold so poorly that Nike didn't make any authentic college shorts last year. Glad to see they're back even if they're overpriced.
The $60 replica ones are made of micromesh or whatever as opposed to DriFit and the screen-printed stuff is a little cheaper/flimsier than the $80 authentics. They do not have a rubber-lined waistband either.
Maybe they corrected the authentics though, if you look at these new Zona's on Nike's site and zoom in the CATS on the side looks like tackle-twill.

not to beat a dead horse but i really miss the old logo.
i dont own anything with the new logo except the Championship Shirt and the Final Four hat.
i have a pair of home shorts form the 99 season with the tags still on them.
i may keep and never wear them. turn them into a family heirloom.

Haha I was j/k needed a reason to use the meme, but yes we do. Really wish Nike would do another round of throwbacks like they did a few years ago with ray/caron/rip/ben gordon.
Also FYI have not seen it other places but was on campus and picked up this 50/50 Poly/cotton Nike retro T. Pricey but nice for you old school guys http://www.uconncoop.com/product_p/42540.483.htm
