Sounds about right. Many teams ahead of us lost. What will be interesting is if we beat St. Johns this week, we will have an undefeated week with our most two recent wins being against top 15 teams (SJU should +/- 10-12 this week?) before the next polls come out. Assuming normal attrition, we could be low-to-med teens before the inevitable loss at Creighton (truth but mojoie) where they shoot 107% from 3.

No complaints with that. I appreciate the cushion we have between ranked and unranked. 25 was a bit like driving on a super narrow bridge with Jersey barriers, no margin for error. Split the next two and we will still be ranked next week.

Total disrespect. There are 6-loss teams ranked ahead of UConn without the quality wins. How do you disrespect the 2-time champions!!

"Maryland's arrival pushed the Big Ten to six ranked teams, followed by the Big 12 with five and the Big East with three. The Atlantic Coast and American Athletic conferences each had one."

Might be one of the most inadvertently funny lines I have ever heard.

This is why these polls are full of crap. Everyone is so obsessed with did we move up or down spots. We have been playing without our best player.

What Rutgers has shown us this year about “Jersey barriers” is that the more ballyhooed they are, the less they stop anything.
