Just playing around Zinc. Kobe shouldn't be let off the hook when it comes to his public perception, and anyone who does so is making a very misguided choice.

Outside of recent allegations, pitchforks seem to only come out if it's an old allegation that hasn't been brought to light before. Since Kobe had his day in court, literally and figuratively, it's in the back of most people's minds. Right or wrong, that seems to be the way Hollywood and pop culture works.

The internet clearly works differently. Every Kobe article or forum post I've read in the last year has a comment section that almost exclusively talks about his rape trial.
