I think Blaney has done a good job overall. The team has improved and his lineup choices are pretty good. He's just not a great bench coach, and he has no suction with the refs.

Calhoun's presence will give this team a huge lift and a additional confidence boost. They will be playing for him. The timing could also be a perfect intro for a storybook ending. If only we make the tournament.
