When Nic Moore is driving sideways into Boatright, he is showing utter contempt for the officials. He is telling the officials that they are too stupid to understand what he is doing, or too gutless to not call the foul.
I have seen refs in high school, and even travel and Rec leagues, stare a player down the first time the player does it, and if the player persists, start ringing the player up with offensive fouls. If the player does it again and complains about it, instant Technical. That kind of play is insulting to the refs, and the better ones won't tolerate it.
But then again, refs at every level know that when a player is rolling around on the ground with the ball in his hands, he is travelling, something these officials didn't understand.
