After Maui's funk, this young team just beat a ranked Baylor at home,
A Texas team that rode 7 game win streak and has not lost a home game in 20+ game,
A Elite 8 or FF team which were reported to have returned 85% scoring and 75% rebounding from last year and coached by Mark Few.

They just proved to the doubters that they have tenacity, resiliency, talents, and most important of all, the best coaches in the country who are trusting, supporting and developing them against adversity.

I'm boldly predicting that the silver lining in Samson's injury (Speedy recovery, Samson!), Tarris will emerge as a force down low and Singare will get more burn. Coming March, Liam, Alex and Tarris is our Big 3 that carry the team to the promising land one more time for us!

Solo could also improve as another 3 pt threat and he has unlimited upside on the athletic end. Hoping he improves as a defender as well.

Solo needs to expand his game. Gonzaga defended him for the 3 and he did nothing to dissuade them. He needs to pump fake, drive and score or 3 won’t be available

Pretty sure the refs were different too.

Remember - Maui we lost 2 games by 3 pts total and that Dayton game we were near equal on FG and 3pt FG and only free throws was the difference. Since leaving Maui we have not seen egregious fouls called against only us and scant few vs opponents.
