The 'Yard-'Cuse Pool is back again. There are a few additional pools this year as well for all ranges of play, including a new "High Rollers" pool for 50 a square.

Observation - You rarely see people writing "Sugarbowl" or "Orangebowl" or "Worldseries" or "Finalfour." But lots of people write "Superbowl." I wonder why it's become so common for people to write out "Super Bowl" as one word. I don't think that was a thing back in the '70s or '80s. Curious.

Interesting, I never really thought about it. Looking it up, it appears the proper way is Super Bowl. Now I know.

Phew. I’m glad that the High Rollers Pool finally got filled. It kept taunting me and I kept holding out, even when down to my superstitious numbers like 13 and 7 squares left. I told myself I would buy if there was only one square left but I’m happy that I didn’t get the chance. Guessing that @whaler11 bought them all up.

Last year I was in three different pools and it got so confusing that I didn’t know what to root for. And of course I lost them all. Decided to stick with multiple squares in one pool this year to make it easier to follow. I think it may be the first time I’ve gotten into the original Yard-Cuse pool.
