More than a year and a half in, I see moments of improvement but no evidence of any consistency. I think while she is amongst the hardest workers to play here, she also probably gets and accepts and is ok with her abilities, limitations and potential. Every really nice, bright, hard working, like able person doesn't excel here. Reminds me of Natalie Butler, whose making a huge impact at a mid level program.
