The rest is gravy

Not gravy for CV, he will try to drag this team to NCAA....I think if we beat Houston, Tulane and make AAC final we have a 50/50 shot at at-large. Those are BIG IF's so may as well win the tourney.

If not the NIT will be a nice consolation, I think we need to get to 19 wins to feel good about NIT.

Dumb question, but can UConn play their way on to the bubble or has that ship sailed long ago?

Need a very soft bubble and a bunch of help but the above reply is only way in as an at-large.

I called 19 wins prior to the season and got roasted for it bc hey it’s the boneyard. I wasn’t cool bc i didn’t say 20 something wins like most.
Regardless this season is a success and we are trending in the right direction

Fook Gravy!!

This team has me hungry for the meat and potatoes.

I won't look for dessert though.

This team is good enough to win out, including any postseason games. Will we have enough guys tho?
Our opponent nowadays is the foul situation. Also Tourney games being back to back to back, and with no bench makes it extremely difficult for us. Not to mention the rise in the level of opponents.

I hate to say it but we need to see what happens if we lose a player (or two) to fouls. That is our kyrptonite.

If we beat Houston that will tell us a lot if we have a legitimate chance of winning aac tourney or not. Gampel shud be rocking Thursday night. Once again whalley vital and bouk led the way.

If they win the last two games of regular season and then win 3 in a row in the aac tournament and lose in the finals they will have 22 wins and 13 losses. It’s kind of bubbly. Isn’t how the team has played recently supposed to be taken into account or is that not true?

Need to beat Houston next game and Tulane obviously- then make it to the finals of the AAC to be in the conversation IMO
I agree. And if Bouknight continues to challenge the Corona virus with his sick dunks, who around the country would not relish to see him play a few more games? I can dream.
