I still maintain that the reason the Giants are where we are at the moment (this applies to a few teams) is due to far too many first round picks turning into busts over the past dozen plus years. We can claim we drafted well in the first round (only counting players we still have) with Thomas & Lawrence, Nabors appears great, the jury is still out on Thibodaux while both Neal and Banks each need a major turnaround to avoid being busts.
