The NCAA Game You Liked The Most?

I was going to wringe all I could out of this one. So I watched all our games again. The one I liked the most- the one that had more good ball in it than all the rest- was/is Oklahoma. Yes we crushed them in the second half, but even then their positioning and hustle outdid pretty much everyone else but our Huskies. And the first half was very good ball.

What do you think and why?

I will have to go with Uconn beating S Carolina in the finals to show S Carolina the first time was no fluke.Uconn was a team of destiny and was not to be denied. Actually I LOVED all 6 games but S Carolina stands out. I wish someone would make a montage of Dawn acting out and her facial expressions after Uconn hit a 3 or one of her players threw the ball away. Priceless. GO HUSKIES FOR 13!!!!!!

I loved the UCLA game. I really enjoyed seeing Jana do so well in that game. And no one expected a blowout & that made it even more satisfying.

The SoCar NC win. Why you ask...as I posted elsewhere, we annihilated them. We were up 30 with under 5 minutes to go and as is a normal Geno game plan when we are comfortably ahead in the 4th, running time off the clock was more important than running up the score.
I have already watched the replay of both SoCar games on Monday and may watch them again today or tomorrow. They are both that good!!!

Of course the final game is memorable, but the dismantling of a #1 ranked UCLA team is at the top of my list. I saw it live, and kept wondering how they were controlling the middle with so few fouls. It was great to see Jana have a strong game.

It was like the first Desert Storm: the Republican Guard looked tough from a distance, but once real soldiers showed up, they collapsed like a house of cards.

It's a tie between UCLA and South Carolina.

The demolishing of the #1 Bruins was so satisfying. And the beat down of SC again was the icing on the cake.

Team basketball won out.

Probably UCLA. That was the game that eased my nerves. Doing that to the #1 overall seed, there was no chance they weren’t winning the title.

Dang Next 12, same for me and for much the same reasons. Somehow Dawn and co acted like the first game against us never happened, {I can see why she wanted getting her butt handed to her team in the first game never happened or was a fluke}. However, Dawn was near speechless or maybe verklempt, whatever her team found out in a big way that in both games her team was lacking and exposed.
Yes, UCONN is the Quenn of WCBB again, so in the language of many movies The Quenn is dead, long live the Quenn.
