EXACTLY! I thought the same thing-either kick the FG with our proven kicker to pull within 6, or nut up and pound them for the 1st down (something we couldn't do earlier...). Don't send the message to the team that you have to "trick" or catch the 1AA team off-guard with the quick count just to convert what should be almost a "gimme."

The first time I saw Towson's Dline get free lanes to Whitmer and the Oline was standing there with their hands out looking like WTF?

When PP gave an incoherent babble speech to the reporter going in to the locker's at half.

This is the first time UConn has had players of suitable heights and weights up and down the roster.

Only Paul Pasqualoni knows how to build a program in the Northeast.

The most disappointing thing to me defensively tonight was the play of the Linebackers. On several occassions tonight their back was bottled up at the line squirted out for yardage. Where the hell were LBers to finish those plays?
