I didn’t realize things were as bad in this country until, over the last couple weeks, I start seeing content on my feed like this. As I’ve been saying for a while, we are dealing with people who are idiots in the first place, who also can’t read. I think this is how we’ve gotten frustrated with @Skol33 in the past. Basic logic is too much to grasp. Forget the critical thinking we expect them to be able to perform.

Is that a personal attack?

Lmao no, questioning someone’s reading comprehension isn’t a personal attack, sweetie pie.
Thanks for clearing that up. We do have an education issue in this country. Hopefully both sides can work toward a solution. Right now we have people who still can't buy a house. They either have to continue renting or move in with family. This will frustrate them and at times they may blame others such as boomers for their lot in life. Unfortunately it's their lack of literacy that is keeping them back. I'm sure you would agree.

Dismantling the Department of Education should help.

Caused by republicans.

Dream on, republicans are trying to end the DOE as we speak.
Probably the worst thing that's happened regarding public education this century is Bush's 'No Child Left Behind". Perhaps a noble goal, but put in place by the Feds and completely unfunded by the Feds.
