Stunning. The best tsunami film I've seen yet from the recent disaster.

Also a reminder of the poor decision the Japanese made a century ago in copying the Brits by driving on the left side of the street.

That was amazing video. Incredible that the camera was left running in the car to capture all that footage and that the chip survived the eventual submersion. That is the most compelling video from ground (water) view. The other footage I've seen has been birds eye.

Also, a great example of why the term "tidal wave" was originally considered appropriate. The oncoming water is a steady surge like the oncoming tide. Especially the tide of places like the Bay of Fundy.
