The politicians in the state of Connecticut give tax breaks to ESPN, which turns around and gives a bigger payout to the ACC to help dismantle the Big East and put UConn in the AAC at a lower payout, and then has to cut jobs in Connecticut to help pay for the increased payout to the conference that helped dismantle the Big East.
