Very interested to see how this turns out. It's not something you would get walk in traffic on and with remote work and reduced business travel/entertainment, I wonder how full it gets night to night. I would think the food might have to be an event well worth the effort.

I think Capitol Grille does okay. I'm still surprised Morton's closed....and no one similar ever filled that space.

I hope it works. I love Forge x Fire. But the executive chef is a piece of work. I'm hesitant to to give him my business.
