Two questions:
-If she were a star player (her statistics suggest she was not) and most especially if she was one who played for one of the more high profile sports (MCBB, WCBB and football) would this have been treated differently?
-How do attorneys get awarded $162.5K on a $46K settlement for their client? I have a rough idea how they do conceptually but as a matter of principle it's perplexing.
