The Early Look Through Two Games - Karaban and Clingan Are Ballers!

I had many questions about these two coming into the season. Clingan dominated in high school like Gulliver against the Lilliputians. How would it translate at the next level? Not even Oz himself could have predicted how refined his game looks - setting and rolling off screens, boxing out and rebounding. Holds the ball high. Text book play. His stat line from last night is impressive for only ten minutes of burn. Karaban is a heady player that seems to have benefited from the year at Storrs. Does the small things that go unnoticed. A true glue guy. They both are forcing their way into the line-up and to stay there. While on the subject of early looks - how about some props for Richie Springs chipping in with 5 points. Depth is a great thing to have.

It's just too early to draw conclusions from these games. But in both cases Hurley echoed your opinion off Karaban and the big fellow.
