Yeah that shot made the game. I think that was the most exciting play of the game the way everyone reacted. Very similar to Heather Buck's steal and lay up in the Louisville title game, though her play came with more than a minute left.

I thought they were going to run the clock out and not shoot and off of sudden Poly puts up a shot and makes it. Her reaction, the reaction of her teammates and the coaches was super. Brought tears to my eyes. It really is great being a UConn fan.

You couldn't have scripted some of the stuff in this game. The whole Stewie vs. Syracuse theme, Pulido the former walk on coming in and hitting the final bucket of the history making title game with 12 seconds left. Just unreal, and look at that big smile on her face as the bench was going nuts.
