I'll tell you what-something that would signal......a degree of progress to me would be an ability to successfully recruit the state's prep schools. Every year you look at the top recruits in those institutions (24/7 ratings) and they're all Michigan, Penn State, Notre Dame....that QB who just committed to UGA.
