I don't get the massive step backwards, especially as there appeared to be significant reason to believe a few of the position groups would be noticeably better than they were last year and reason to believe no group would be worse. I don't get what happened to out OLine or DLine. I don't get what happened to our LBs, DBs or WRs. I'm at a loss. What gets me more than anything is that against NC St, for the most part we looked like we belonged. If we did a better job of tackling, especially when their QB ran, we wouldn't have had to worry about the PI calls that never should have been called and we would have won the game.
