This season, the Bandwagon Program raised $2,697.00 for the Pat and Jim Calhoun Cardiology Center.

# of wins = 20
# of wins over ranked teams = 3
# of wins over Pitt or Cuse = 1
# of Big East wins = 10
Games over .500 = 10
3 pointers by Napier = 69
Points scored by a German player = 230 (Wolf 75, Giffey 136, Tolksdorf 19)

Deepster: $230
Waquoit: $230
Mauconnfan: $230
Mr. Wonderful: $200
champs99and04: $125
CAHusky: $320
DogBreath2U: $100
Fishy: $230 and well worth the entertainment I got every time a German scored this season
FfldCtyFan: $300 (you had the oddest scoring system so make sure I was correct here)
HuskyFanDan: $25
KembaSlice: $200
All American Alien Boy: $100
Gars44: $407 (our big bonus baby for this year)

Fish or jleves, if you could post the donation information again, that would give everyone the link to donate their pledges. There is no rush on this since we won't be giving Coach our check until the Cancer Ride in June, but let's set a soft deadline of May 1st as a final due date for now and use the honor system.

I can't speak for the rest of the members, but I had a lot of fun with this and wouldn't mind doing it every year. Every little bit added up, every win, every German free throw. Ten toes in.

I couldn't participate beyond the basic, but I second doing something like this every year. It would give me a chance to participate in the fun.

Link is on my signature below.

I think we planned on closing down the donation page by the end of the month, so don't wait until May - do it now.

Deepster, I want to see your calculations as by my count the total is $200 ($100 was paid after we beat Wake, the second $100 was paid prior to this post.

We won nine BE games outside of the Cuse win, at $5.00 each, that is $45.00 for those wins. Cuse counted as a BE win ($5.00) and as win over an ACC opponent ($50.00), making that magic night worth $55.00 for the cause. Michigan St and Wake were also worth $50.00 each making the grand total $200.00 (already paid, in two installments, first after the Wake win, the second a few short minutes ago).

The fact that the total for wins plus Top 25 wins resulted in the same amount as points scored by the Germans has to be a sign of some kind.

Got it. I counted 10 Big East wins at 5.00 a piece, then I also counted the Cuse win as 55.00. That clicked you over 200.00 to 205.00 and you had a clause that said round to the nearest 100.00. The 200.00 you have is correct.

Because of my JC boneyard donation, I am now on the Health Center mailing list. Gave them a mild donation of $150. Not part of your little group but I never end up on that list without the previous Calhoun drive.
