Mora’s level of introspection and self awareness was impressive. His willingness and facility in speaking candidly about how his past career frustrations have instilled a desire to “prove himself right” rather than prove others wrong was fascinating. It was hard for me to imagine Randy Edsall ever speaking as candidly and eloquently about his own career disappointments. Mora seems real. I think his players will embrace his honest appraisals and “run through walls” for him.
