The one standing in the middle looks like she just wants to hit something orange.
 
Although I can't find any definitive reference online, didn't women play six to a side in those days with only two roving players on each team?

So either some players didn't make the photo, UConn played shorthanded, it was five to a side (which means everybody played all the time) or the guy on the left ended up pulling a Caitlyn Jenner.
