Anyone that is familiar with youth or high school basketball knows that there are tournaments all over the country (and our state) that are seeded, and the results are generally accepted without any serious claim or evidence of bias. In fact, I think the organizers of most of the youth or high school tournaments I am familiar with do a fantastic job. Somehow a handful of volunteers can get it right with tournaments for 11 year old kids, but the NCAA has the same bias issues every single year with a tournament that has over a billion dollars riding on it.
