Fans, I want to thank you for being at the Syracuse game last night. Thank you for buying your tickets. Thank you for standing, yelling, cheering, and letting everyone know whose house they were in! This was a huge game for us! When we needed a push you gave it to us. You didn’t give up on us, and we didn’t give up on each other. It was an unbelievable night. Again I say thank you.

Some people said to me that last night was like the “old days” at the Civic Center. It was! It was because YOU were there. We’re in our tournament play right now. Four big games to go. I ask you to not miss one of those games. As a “thank you” for buying tickets to last night’s game, we’d like to offer you a discounted ticket to Saturday’s Villanova game at XL Center. I want to say a heartfelt “thank you” to our UConn Students who came to last night’s game with Syracuse. Thank you for standing, yelling, cheering, and letting everyone know whose house they were in! We need you with us running down the home stretch. We’re in our tournament play right now with four big games to go. I ask you to not miss one of those games. If you have student tickets and can’t come, give your ticket to someone who will. We need you in the house at Saturday’s Nova game, and Thursday's Cincinnati game…then our last two at Gampel.

If you don’t have tickets, we’re making our Student Family and Friends offer available for this Saturday’s noon game at XL. Students can buy a ticket for themselves for $10 and can buy up to 3 extra tickets for friends or family for $20 a ticket at our UConn Ticket Office in the breezeway between the Field House and Gampel. You can buy now through Friday, 9:00-4:30 each day.

"I ask you not to miss one of those games" HELL YEAH!!!!!! I love this so much!! I was starting to get worried about the student section's showing in the future, but the fact that KO is getting involved personally in making sure students show up makes me much more comfortable. I'm pretty confident that Nova should have a great showing. After a game like Cuse, how could someone not say "God I cant wait for Saturday!!!!"
KO is everything this team and university needs. HE IS UCONN.
