Right now the same coaches keep making the same mistakes which keep leading to the same predictably poor results.

I would add Thomas and Bloom to the title. Thomas is emerging as a legit offensive threat and Bloom, when given opportunities has made some big catches.

I can go with those two as well.

Looking at the box score. 520+ yards of offense including 360 yards passing, 160 yards rushing, only 39 penalty yards and 34 minutes TOP. All for 20 points. It takes a whole bunch of coaching ineptitude to overcome those numbers.
