I've been critical of Taylor not because I think she's a bad player but I just expected more from her given that she came in the program with a major reputation and plus she redshirted her first year voluntarily since MSU had Morgan and Holmes. When she's been on the floor most games I've watched she plays a little timid, couldn't hit and outside shot, and at times didn't seem to have a grasp of the offense. I am glad she won that game for us and hope it's a sign of things to come. I do think we have the potential to be deep in the tournament and while some of this inexperience and youth is maddening it is also exciting to see we have a team full of promising players.
