The third game in six days. Horston had 24 points tying a career high. I knew this wasn't going to be a easy win. Against a ranked team in USF. But it's a win. Next up Texas.

USF scored 5 Points in the 4th Quarter, and 3 of them were in the last minute of the quarter. An UGLY Game that USF should have easily won. You would think that as often as Jose and his USF team faced UConn they wouldn't be swayed by the Name on the Jersey.

They need some height. It's early and this isn't the same team. Neither team impressed.

TN isn't a good 3 pt shooting team. And you have a 6'6" center so why would you even need many 3s? USF had no one near that height. USF hit 8 3s, but they took 23. They should hit 8! Key had a ton of blocks ...so USF wasn't going to win the paint game.

I actually thought Tennessee would be blowing out these teams...maybe not USF in a blow out but at least a double digit win. The team seems discombobulated....but it's early.

Tennessee erred bigtime in its ill-advised commitment to Holly Warlick..... 8 years is long path when it ends in a ditch.... what is worse is that UT athletic dept most probably knew she was destined for failure.....

Kelly is a big step up from Holly, yet she lacks the full backing of TN fans..... she has to recruit better..... and win those battles vs fellow SEC coaches Mulkey and Staley, and regional coaching foes such as Kara Lawson.

They buried themselves, and will have to dig themselves out.

I'm hearing that USF spent the past week running nothing but their sets for Connecticut, and let the chips for the other opponents prior, fall where they may. And when you get a combination of Bulls and "chips", you know you're in a world of hurt. The Bison are coming to run stampede over the Huskies.......
