Designate a player to a team for the next four seasons. That gives the expansion teams a core player right from the get-go. Four teams are coming into the league. Place Beckers in Goldon State. Nexts years Player of the Year goes to Toronto. Followed by Portland the year after. Whatever city is lucky enough to be fourth in line gets the final assured placement player. Since Houston wants a team maybe Dallas can relocate there. Then the WNBA can go back to the ping ball system. [/QUOTE]
