It is a big arena, I was there in 2019. Used primarily for hockey. You might actually get a nosebleed in the upper deck. Each team will have a hotel in Tampa but unless you are a guest at the hotel they will probably not let you in. There should be a UConn fan gathering spot at a bar/restaurant near the arena.
