At 13-10 (7-5 Atlantic-10 Conference), the Flyers have topped last year's win total overall and in conference.

She's taken life and basketball lessons learned under Auriemma and Chris Dailey at UConn to heart and tries to pass them along to her players. Among them is teaching them how to win
"You've got to take losses, but you can never repeat the same losses," Williams-Jeter said. "It's nothing different than what Coach Auriemma taught us at UConn.
"For us here, it's the little things. It's body language. I never thought I would turn into CD and Coach but there are times ... It's like when you become your parents. Body language is huge for us. Our last game against George Mason it was about how much in attack mode and how focused we were early. We got punched in the mouth and didn't respond. Our top two players didn't play well. They have to understand you have to bring who you are every day. That's your role and you play it every day if you want people to rely on you."
