Tailgate menu for UCF...

It's one of my tailgate party's birthday tomorrow so:
He likes baby back ribs-went to B.J.'s & got 3 racks-Kansas City style, regular bbq sauce, & bourbon bbq sauce.
Sister is bringing freshly baked corn bread to accompany the ribs.
Mimosas in keeping with the Florida O.J. agenda.
Then breakfast foods: bacon, eggs, maybe pancakes, fruit cocktail
Dessert will be a surprise.
Oh, and BEER!

On a 6 degrees from Kevin Bacon line of thinking was my wish nixed by the MRS.
UCF is in Orlando, Disney World is in Orlando, Disney World is home to Donald Duck-LET'S HAVE ROAST DUCK!
