biscuits & gravy
blueberry turnovers
fruit salad
double smoked kielbasa
surprise cocktail

I have the luxury of knowing which kielbasas are the best. Went to Little Poland in New Britain the other day to grab A LOT of kielbasas. Planning on grilling them and having some delicious kielbasa and egg sandwiches. Spicy Mustard is an added ingredient.

Rosol's in N.B. are delicious, but my favorite is Filipek's from Meriden. It's a hole in the wall smoke shop on Elm St. very near the old Ceppa Field athletic complex. If you can find the place, give it a try. You won't be disappointed. (The local debate in Meriden is which is best: Filipek's or Czapiga's)

Have a huge group of alumni coming this weekend, so decided to try The Tailgate Guys. $450 for them to set up a tent, table, chairs, coolers with ice, and parking next to the stadium. Will report back on the experience.

UConn | Tailgate Guys

Update: Overall, had a good experience with them. Our tailgate area was ready and waiting upon our 7am arrival. Our parking spot was right next to our tailgate area, which is on the grassy side of Gate D right outside the stadium. There were "bellhops" who assisted you by bringing your stuff from your car in little wagons. My area came with everything they said it would: tent, tables, chairs. and cooler w/ ice. Everything was cleaned up for us after the game.

It was a little pricey at $450, but split between the 20 guys we had, it was not bad. Gave us a great place to congregate. Solid overall experience.
