Tailgate menu for the Bearcat game...

At your own risk. I made Cincinnati Chili at a tailgate years ago. I swear I nailed it and had all 5-ways available. Nobody ate it.
Same here! We froze ours and kept bringing it the rest of the season, still no takers...

Only two of us this time and he is an adventurous sort. Will keep leftovers on ice for the after game tailgate, when most in the lot don't care about the actual taste as much.

Branch out people. I would devour your leftovers even if that meant eating the whole meal. I was a fan of chilli and pasta before I ever knew it was a Cincinnati thing.

We're doing brats since Cincy is the closest team to Wisconsin. That and they were BOGO.

This is crazy. Cincy chili is delicious. Pile on the shredded cheddar and diced onions. Great comfort food. I go much lighter on the cheese than standard though.

I even shredded my own cheese. It ended up on the burgers.

My guys said chili or spaghetti. Not both, and I agree.

It's looking like wings and non-Philly style steak sandwich.

That said, Cincinnati apparently has a not-so-insignificant Polish/German population, so I am contemplating cut up some Red Hots (as in MLB) into chunks with some sauerkraut as an app to go with 11:00am wings. Need to nail it down by tonight.

Cincy (Skyline) chili is basically the same stuff you put into pastitsio. It's not chili. More like a Greek bolognese sauce. Stop calling it chili.

I've got char siu (Chinese bbq roast pork) marinating. But I'll be home in Pittsburgh and watching on TV.
