Was going to do racks of ribs, but the Mrs. said that if UConn's hosting Purdue, then chicken's on the menu. SO:

-cole slaw
-various sides
-surprise desserts
-& BEER

Of course we will do boilermakers before heading into the game!

Special rub and homemade BBQ sauce boneless pork ribs by Chef Ptomaine. I will chime in with mac & shrimp salad. The other two will be supplying Chips, dips, fresh fruit etc. All washed down with brews of individual choice.
I've watched some bad games at The Dog House but never had a bad tailgate!
