Tailgate Menu for Houston Season finale...

By Saturday we will have had our fill of turkey, so the breakfast menu will include Steak & egg sandwiches.
fruit salad
Toasting the Seniors with minosas & bloody Marys
Bought a case of Husky Hops when it was available on Nov. 5th
Some kind of coffee cakes or bakery items (homemade of course)
Maybe some shrimp for a surf & turf menu flavor

(Editors Note: Normally for the last game of the season, our crew designates the last home game as tequila sunrise Saturday, but this season has been chaotic. We may bring the "fruit of the agave", but the "celebration" will be subdued.)

Biz, it's just my crew's way of showing the new regime that season ticket holders still care about tbe program. As it stands, it's a holiday weekend so attendance already has 2 strikes against it. Just hope the team beats the point spread.

Breakfast game... Projected so far 40 degrees sun / clouds, football weather. Fresh free range eggs, sausage, bacon, fresh garden picked potatoes for home fries. Hand sliced ciabatta on the grill for toast, fresh fruit, chips and dip for between snacks.
Hot apple cider with cinnamon sticks for beverage with Captain Morgan dockside for those that want to spice it up.
