Tahaad Pettiford talks UConn visit, UCLA up next

Class of 2024 point guard Tahaad Pettiford was one of the stars of the 20th annual Pangos All-American Camp in Las Vegas.

Pettiford, who was selected for the Pangos All-American Camp Top 30 Cream of the Crop game, recently made an unofficial visit to UConn that left a favorable impression.

“I took an unofficial to UConn about a month ago. I just went up there to look around. My dad is really close with the coach, so I just went up there to look around. Just to look at the campus. I really like the school. The coaching staff, the players, and I met everybody. I spoke with the coaches, and they are recruiting me heavy. They are probably recruiting me the hardest of any school.”

"I’m going to UCLA August 7, and Maryland too this summer. UCLA is one of my dream schools. It was big to get that offer, and I can’t wait to get out there and check it out."
